1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Smellee LLC, d/b/a Smellee, 808 S Shary Rd. Suite 5-325, Mission, TX 78572.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter. To enter, complete the entry form here with a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar month. Entries submitted through automated means, or with false or duplicate information, will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period. The giveaway runs on a monthly basis. Entries received between the first and last day of a calendar month will be entered into that month's drawing. Entries received after a drawing has occurred will be entered into the following month's drawing.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will be selected each month. The winner will receive one (1) bottle of Smellee perfume in the scent of their choice, shipped directly to them at no cost. Shipping is limited to addresses within the United States. Approximate retail value: $45–$65 USD. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. Drawings occur on or about the first week of the following month. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry and asked to provide their scent selection and a valid U.S. shipping address. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

8. Email Communications. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Smellee. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not affect your entry.

9. Promotional Discount. All entrants may receive a promotional discount code. Discount codes are valid for the period stated in the offer, apply to a single order, cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, and have no cash value.

10. General Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning.

11. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Smellee's Privacy Policy.

12. Social Media Disclaimer. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from any and all liability related to this promotion.

13. Governing Law. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
