Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During sales, launches or peak periods, processing may take a little longer; we will do our best to keep you posted. Expect an email to let you know when your order is on the way!
Transit time. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
A note on fragrance shipping. Because perfumes contain alcohol, they are classified as flammable goods and must ship by ground transportation. For this reason, we're unable to offer air or overnight/express shipping. We appreciate your understanding, this is a standard requirement for shipping fragrance safely.
Tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Correct address. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it went unclaimed, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, and an additional shipping charge may apply.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once we hand your order to the carrier, responsibility for the package passes to you. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local carrier first. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away at help@smelleeshop.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right in accordance with our Refunds Policy.
SHIPPING RATES
A flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 USD applies to orders shipping within the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied on orders of $70.00 USD or more.
WHERE WE SHIP
We're unable to ship outside of the US, or to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.
