If your order arrives damaged, or anything's wrong with it, we'll make it right, no hassle, no charge. We're a small husband-and-wife team, and our name is on every bottle. We don't cut corners, and we won't leave you hanging.
Unopened returns
You can return any unopened bottle in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just email us at help@smelleeshop.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.
Opened bottles
Because fragrance is a personal-care product, we're unable to accept returns on bottles that have been opened or used, even if you've only tried it once. We hope you understand, it's a hygiene and safety thing.
Damaged or wrong orders
If your order shows up damaged, or we sent the wrong scent, that's on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement, no charge.
The details
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving your return. Customers cover return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
